DELIVERY TIMES

None personalised goods will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days.

Personalised goods Once your order is received it will be sent for personalisation. This will be completed within 2-3 working days at which point your order will be dispatched via the delivery method of your choice.

Free UK delivery on all orders using Royal mail 2nd class post, with option to upgrade at checkout.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your order we ask that you contact us within 14 days of receipt, at which point we can arrange for an exchange or refund. This offer excludes goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised as they cannot be re sold. This does not affect your right to a refund if we have made a mistake with your personalisation or if your order is damaged or lost in transit.

If you wish to cancel an order for personalised goods you must contact us within1 hr of placing the order as the items will be sent for production after this time.
